The plush sofas were also looked pretty comfortable, so wifey and I ordered at the counter and plopped ourselves in a secluded spot, looking forward to enjoying a quiet evening with some coffee and cakes. There were adequate sofas, and there were wooden tables and chairs for those who prefer to sit up straight.
The shop can accommodate about 30 people easily, and there were lots of spaces in between. There were also a couple of tables outside, to cater to the smoking crowd and for those who prefer to dine alfresco.

A big ordering and preparation counter, very Australian indeed.

While we were there, four cakes were being offered, namely the carrot cake, red velvet cake, Nutella Crepe Mille and Hazelnut Macaron Torte, price tag ranging between RM7 to RM10. We chose the Nutella Crepe Mille for starters. The waiter served us the cake almost immediately after ordering.

It was pretty good, especially if you are a fan of Nutella. There were about 20 slices of crepe altogether, although I cannot be sure. I lost count after the fifteenth piece. The top was drizzled with chocolate sauce, which complement the cake very well. Between each layer, there was a generous serve of mouthwatering Nutella flavoured cream. The cake can be quite filling, so sharing would be recommended. It was served chilled, though after a while, the cream seems to melt a little bit. The air-conditioner in the shop was quite good, not too cold, but the cake would probably need a lower temperature to keep unmelted. I saw that Crave also offers pies, notably the steak and mushroom. I remember the good pies that Melbournians serve, so I made up my mind to visit Crave again in the near future to sample that. Definitely a good place to chill, very comfortable and quiet.
