This is where I would usually head out to get my snacks for lunch or tea-time. The picture above is the milk castle and it is pretty cheap. The bun has a layer of cheese on top which is covered with cheese powder before being baked. The cheese powder melts and fuses onto the cheese layer giving it a unique cheesy and smoky taste. The insides of the bread is custard cream which is a bit dry but complements the cheese on top of the bun.
