Salmon is one of my favourite fish. Regardless how you cook it. You fried it, you eat it raw, you smoked it, all I also like it, as long as it is salmon. The salmon fish here won't overcooked. The outer layer is a bit hard but inner layer very soft. If you not really like fish then salmon might be very stinky to you. For me, that smell is good. The sweet corn here is very big too. As big as the fish and it is very sweet.
