The highlight of the meal was the spare ribs. It came last, but it was worth the wait. When served, the aroma of caramelised meat permeated the air around us, and by the smell alone, it was mouth-watering. The ribs were done very well, and the meal literally fell from the bones. Served piping hot on a bed of lettuce, the meat was aplenty, more than the bone. There were pieces of meat with soft bones, and those were super crunchy and juicy. Definitely thumbs-up.
