La Mian with Shredded Pork and Preserved Vegetable in Signature Pork Bone Soup @ RM15.00We had a brunch here and they are famous of the la mian beside xiao long bao. The noodles are freshly made and the sifu will demonstrate the ''pull'' behind a transparent glass. The noodle is very smooth and little chewy. The pork bone soup is very delighted with the strong fragrance taste of pork bone. Must be boiling for hours already. It comes with a golden poach egg which is delicious. I'm not fond with

I'm not fond with the shredded pork and the preserved vegetables are too little.
