Kolok Mee is from Sarawak, some call it sarawak noodle. It serves dry and with a bowl of clear soup. It comes with lots of minced meat and slices of fish paste. There are 3 fish balls and some seaweed in the soup. I always wonder why the noodle without any black sauce also can be tasty. The noodle is very smooth and texture is good to munch, just a bit over oily. I quite like the chilli paste given which is sourish and mix well with my noodle.
