Apart from the great ramen, there is also the sumptuous pork belly. You can either get it with the ramen or order it ala carte which is served with a steamed bun and a slice of lettuce. I find that the pork belly served with the ramen would soak up the essence of the soup making it harder to taste the texture of the pork belly. The pork belly cha shu is salty and tender when you bite into it.
