Hubby and I were around Aman Suria last weekend, and decided to pop by to Restoran Sun Yin Loong to grab a quick bite. I saw the popiah stall waiter running around with a plate of seaweed popiah, and I was intrigued. I ordered a pair, and it came fairly quick. The outer layer skin is crunchy seaweed, very delectable.
