This dim sum place has one of the best sze chuan dumplings I have ever tried. The dumpling is cooked with sze chuan chilli oil which is quite spicy. It is good as an appetizer as it excites your palates when you bite into the dumpling and the size of the dumpling is just nice and not overly big. I feel that this dish would also go well with rice but I was there for the dim sum buffet.
