The nabeyaki cha soba can also be ordered in udon if you do not want the green tea noodle. This noodle is served in the hot pot, and the service staff was so kind to remind us not to touch the hot pot, because it was really hot. The soup is excellent, a mild fragrant taste of the soy sauce. The soup is very clear and sweet. There were chicken teriyaki, fish cakes, mushrooms and poached egg in the noodle soup.
