There is a stall that sells all kinds of stir fried noodles and rice. One of the dishes that caught my attention is the braised pork fried mee hoon. The braised pork is similar to the hakka style braised pork, where the pork is more towards the fat parts of the pork. The braised pork fried mee hoon was very aromatic. I also like that it wasn't stir fried until total dryness, the mee hoon was still moist with extra sauce. The sambal was hot and spicy.
