Lobak is a popular snack dish from Penang. Besides the usual marinated pork lobak, there are a variety of other ingredients for you to mix and match. Some of the more coomon ingredients you will find are century eggs, beancurd, bean curd skin, prawn crackers, sausages, fish balls, fish cakes, etc. There are two types of sauce. One is the chilli sauce, and the other one is a sticky sweet sauce. The sticky sweet sauce is light brown color and have bits of egg in it.
