Jelly egg is another type of jelly offered at the dessert counter. The striking yellowish jelly was not bad. I like the tranparent egg in the jelly. The jelly was not overly sweetened. The texture of the jelly was bouncy. I think the dessert was left on the buffet line too long, they slowly become watery. Perhaps keeping the jelly on some iced bowl could prevent this.
