Sushi variety are a lot during buffet time. I like this one mainly because i like eating the sweet bean curd. The sweet bean curd has this mild sweetness and when you bite the bean curd, the sweet juice will burst out. I also like the topping. The topping is something like the dried squid flakes. The dry squid flakes are very flavorful. The flakes were very thin and light.
