Shogun Japanese Buffet Restaurant (Closed)

At the sashimi counter, the butter fish sashimi is available on the icy cold plate. I was enlighten by a friend that encouraged me to try this butter fish. Indeed, i must declare that butter fish sashimi will be my latest favorite. The pure white butter fish was thick cut. I love the succulent meaty fish very much. The fish has this rich taste, although i can't really say it was butter taste. But the richness of the taste does resemble butter taste.
