I don't know what's the name of this sushi but it certainly caught my attention. The beautifully presentad sushi was eye catching. The most attractive part was the purple color thing underneath all the colorful things above. The cup shape sushi was made from the sweet bean curd. In it were green color seaweed, yellow and orange fish roe, and purple color sweet potato. The combination was slightly sweet due to the sweet potato and the sweet bean curd.
