Fried Kangkung with Sambal Belacan

Our vegetable dish here is the popular local dish, fried kangkung with sambal belacan. Again, the portion here is very small but priced at RM7.00 a plate. The kangkung was fresh and crunchy, not over fried till soggy. The sambal belacan was also very delicious. The sambal was spicy, fragrant, and many small shrimps in the belacan. Maybe they make their own belacan.
