I've never been a big fan of steamboat myself, because it's a lot of work (boiling soup), and sometimes food seems bland!Korean BBQ Steamboat @IOI however was to my liking. The special thing is that the meat is not marinated, and hence the original taste is preserved. You can choose whether to "fry" it or to "boil" it steamboat style in soup.
