Restaurant Paramount Seng Fatt is a local restaurant that we always visit. The food quality is good and priced reasonably. They are also famous for claypot fish head. There are a few types of cooking it and we ordered the Asam Fish Head. The asam taste was sourish and spicy. The asam gravy was so appetizing and goes well with the rice. The portion of the fish head was big and meaty. I love all the other vegetables in the claypot. The vegetables absorbed all the nice flavors from the asam.
