The Ming Room serves fine and decent Chinese dishes, including my all time favorite, the roast pork. A portion of the roast pork does not come cheap at this place, but it is definitely worth the price. The roast pork has this crunchy skin, yet it wasn’t oily at all. I also like the taste and flavor of the roast pork, not overly salty. Beneath the skin is the lean meat that doesn’t feel rough or dry at all. Some lovely marinated cucumbers were added as a side dish for a refreshing bites.
