Mom wanted something with soup or gravy and therefore she ordered Cantonese Fried Hor Fun. The hor fun took quite some time to arrive. Luckily the taste was as good as before. The hor fun has a little bit of the burnt smell, perhaps it’s the “wok hei” too strong. The gravy was starchy and flavorful. They gave some big prawns, pork slices and vegetables in the hor fun. Also love the garlic taste in the gravy.
