Besides the wanton noodles in broth, we wanted to try the dry version as well but with addition of char siew. The noodles were nicely doused in right amount of flavourful mix of soya sauce, with very springy and QQ texture. The char siew was really satisfying as well, just by looking at its shiny surface it is very appetizing. The meat contains some balance of fats and lean meat. Very nicely roasted char siew take this dish to the next level.
