One of my favourite Western delicacies has got to be Fish and Chips. Fried thick big chunks of battered fish fillets served with fries, a simple food that makes people happy easily.Here, the fish chunks are nicely coated with batter, just the right amount then deep fried till perfection. The crunchy batter was light and not too oily. I love the soft flaky fish, just how I like my fish to be. Fries were decent, not forgetting the creamy mayonnaise with tiny cubes of pickles aka tatare sauce.
