This is another great appetizer that I first tasted here and fell in love with it. Deep fried chicken fingers coated with special buffalo sauce, served with celery sticks and blue cheese dipping. The chicken still retained a little crispiness upon biting onto it, with a rather sour coating sauce. Something which I am not used to but I like it after analysing its flavours. I did not care much about the celery sticks because I personally don't fancy celery. The dipping sauce was creamy and does not have too strong of cheese aroma.
