The udon noodles lacked QQ texture. I continued to observe the strands of udon and realized the outer part has a little flour coming off, probably a little overcooked. The teriyaki chicken was dry and cold, a very dissapointing experience as Japanese retaurants should be good in making decent teriyaki chicken.
