After having slices of vanilla and dark chocolate flavoured, we wanted some fruity flavour to balance our tea time dessert session. It is essentially plain crepe layered with mango infused cream, topped with mango jam and decorated with fresh whipped cream. It had a mild mango taste despite the heavy looking mango jam, with the moist enough crepe after tasting the dry dark chocolate crepe. I wouldn’t mind if this had a stronger mango flavour.
