Japanese matcha (green tea) is one of my all-time favourite ingredient, be it in drinks or cakes, it never fail to satisfy me. I decided to order this version from Gong Cha, considering switching from the usual orders.The matcha taste was not appealing here to be as rich as I like it, I do think this is just a matter of preference. The texture of drink is little thick and creamy, with the addition of sweet azuki (red beans) gives extra texture and natural sweetness.
