This came in a medium sized steak and we requested for half done, accompanied with coeslaw, fries and black pepper sauce served seperately. The steak has the right doneness as we wanted, with nice pink colour in the centre. It is succulent, juicy and slightly seasoned. It went well with the rich and slightly pungent black pepper sauce. There was a little fatty part which slightly melts in your mouth. Coeslaw is coated with right amout of mayonnaise sauce, quite refreshing.
