This came with vermicelli, fried fish heads, carrots, preserved vegetable, long green onions and ginger slices cooked in milky fish broth.The broth itself is rich with evaporated milk but not too thick, well seasoned with a hint of sourness from the preserved vegetable and freshness from the fish. Fish head were nicely fried and simmered with the milky soup. It had quite a lot of meat, not just only bones. Overall it was quite a good standard bowl of fish head noodles.
