The Claypot pearl noodles were loaded with lots of fragrant minced pork and topped with a raw egg which would be cooked by the hot noodles from the claypot. The moistness was just nice after stirring altogether. It didn’t turn out too dry or too much gravy which I don’t like. It would be a balanced dish if there are some greens.

The Sam See noodles are 3 types of shredded vegetables (carrots, Chinese cabbage and Chinese mushroom) with egg noodles. Other than shredded vegetables, there were pork slices too. The vegetables and the pork slices were cooked with full-flavoured stock, slightly thickened with egg and poured onto the blanched egg noodles. The gravy was well seasoned. I even finished the gravy like having it as soup.
