Recently I was invited to celebrate my cousin's birthday at this restaurant. The dish shown above is also known as chinese version of cold dish which is usually served during a wedding or a birthday celebration. There are four dishes on it and the chef usually prepares a just enough for one serving each. The dish that excites my taste buds most is the slab of roast pork. The pork is roasted medium rare with a slightly bloody core and marinated with spices on the skin. The pork was a little chewy and has just the right amount of fat on it. It goes down easily and when you bite into it the juice drips out from the side.
