I've always find chocolate cake goes well with vanilla ice-cream and there is always room for dessert no matter how full you are. Sitting on top of a funnel shaped chocolate cake is a scoop of vanilla ice-cream. To topped it off, the staff pour a layer of sickly rich chocolate sauce which hardens in contact with the ice-cream.
