With such a catchy name, this place should be poised to a hog heaven. The thing that attracts me the most on this dish is the crispy golden color skin of the pork. The skin has a salty crunch to it and for some people it may be too oily to be consumed. The meat was a little chewy and can be eaten alone without adding the sauces. I didn't add much sauce as the pork was bathed in its own juices and spices which complements the dish perfectly.
