The green tea ice-cream is listed as their signature ice-cream and there were claims that the green tea powder or extract were imported from Japan. The texture of the ice-cream was smooth and went down easily. As for the taste, the green tea taste was distinctive though a little sweet for my liking. My only complaint was that the green tea powder was not mixed well as there were still bits of milk ice-cream in the middle where the green tea powder did not penetrate.
