Tony Roma's served good ribs but the down side was it was beef instead of pork. I did not dare to set the bar too high when I ordered my platter of ribs. The ribs were humongous, maybe it is because bovine bones were bigger than porcine but more on that another time. For me the sauce overpowered the spices and natural flavor of the beef. The prawns were crispy on the outside but tender on the inside. While the mash potato was a bit too dry for my liking.
