Teng Chai Porridge. It consisted of peanuts, seaweeds and crabstick meats. The peanuts was soft and tasty. The crabsticks were too soft.Assorted Pork Organs Porridge. The pork intestines were crispy. It does not have the strong pork smell. The thinly sliced pork meats were delicious. Their fried you tiao was fragrant and crispy. It was perfect to go with the porridge.
