Pork intestine and fish fillet congee. The congee was velvety smooth with delightful fresh fish fillet hidden within. The chinese cruller (yau cha kwai) was fried till golden brown. The texture was not puffy. However it was crispy and fragrant. The pork intestine was crispy and it does not have the "strong" pork smell. Iced Yin Yang was good. It was smooth and thick.
