Without thinking much, I entered and took a seat at a corner table.

It was dinner time, the restaurant was quite full with customers. However, the service crew brought me a menu once I sat down and gave me an order sheet. There were several types of ramen (soup-based). Since I had a hard-boiled egg in the afternoon, I chose the one served without egg – Japanese Curry Ramen. There were options for the ramen types: flat or thin strands.

My Curry Ramen came with thin Ramen with minced chicken and little spring onion. Their homemade ramen was chewy and tender. The soup was flavourful though totally different from local curry noodle.

There were 10 condiments that could be dipped or seasoned as personal preferences. I tried to eat with everything and I found the original Curry Ramen was the best (no additional condiments needed).

I believed they did not use any MSG or preservative in cooking since I was not thirsty after finish the whole bowl of Ramen which I used to be. The only drawback was too little greens.
