There's always a guilty pleasure feeling every time I have the fried mushroom. It's those dishes that you can't stop eating but after you finish everything, you start to feel guilty. It was nicely fried and the mushrooms were still soft, juicy and fresh inside. Because they are fried, they lack much mushroom taste. They were all oyster mushrooms by the way.
