Yong Tau Foothe lead dish! a spread of yong tau foo stuffed with fresh fish paste. we had fried brinjal, fried sui kao (dumpling), and fried bean curd skin, served piping hot and crispy. while tofu, chili, lady finger and bittergourd swimming in clear soup full of sayur manis. each item is priced at RM 1, considered standard price in klang valley area!
white tofu was my favourite! berry smooth and silky . and brinjal! crisp on the outside while soft in the inside.
on the whole, yong tau foo was pretty good. service was brisk prolly because it’s already past lunchy time. i would definitely come back again if i have a craving for yong tau foo. Ampang’s is quite a distance away and too crowded, nah.
