 Mojo Chicken
This is chicken breast well marinated and grilled with the brown mustard Mojo sauce. The chicken breast was not rough but it was tender, smooth and juicy. Fresh broccolis are served along this dish too and the chicken breast was topped with some sourish and sweet pineapple salsa.
