The rice cake made of glutinous flour is very firm when chilled, and I love the bouncy texture when it is cooled at room temperature. The filling is very thick and of huge portion but not too sweet for my taste. This time I try the peach cream and mango yoghurt flavour which come in orangy shades. Both are very aromatic but I prefer the mango yoghurt flavour because it appears smoother, creamier with strong sourish and sweet taste. For the peach cream, it tastes a bit weird with a very light bitter finish.
