At BarBQ Plaza, I always love the concept of grilling and having steamboat in a clean method, without sweating and having to bear with the smokes like other places. Here it is much hygienic and the set meal comes in a huge portion for meats.I love to cook the meat 20% raw, so that it can absorb the sweetness from the soup thoroughly while retaining its tenderness. I love to cook the meat 20% raw, so that it can absorb the sweetness from the soup thoroughly while retaining its tenderness. The soup base is quite salty after putting all the ingredients, but overall the taste is balanced up with the chilli sauce. For my personal taste, I feel that the meat is quite fresh and of high quality. It is tasteless because it is not marinated, so I dip the grilled meat into their signature special thai dark sauce which gives nuances of sweet saltiness. Delicious meal!
