I've always adore cakes and can't really say no to them. This time i'm here @ Alexis to have some Yummy cakes. Alexis have been quite famous for their cakes. Today, me and Angie have chosen 2 pieces of cakes! when i am younger, i used to eat tiramisu cake but nothing beat the tiramisu cake in Alexis. This cake is coated with caremel coated nuts. The small of the coffee and cognac is not very strong just nice all together. There are also layers of cream cheese and chocolate in between the sponge cake. There is a bit of sour raspberry sauce to eat with the cake it makes the cake a bit sweet and sourish!

Mixed Fruit Meringue, Normally meringue are often made too sweet as the meringue is already sweet and the cream are sweet too. But for these ones in Alexis, The Meringue are made just nice. The airy meringue are sweet but the cream is not. Add together with the strawberries which is sour and the blueberries that are sweet, this cake is simply heaven.

A bit of fact: Meringue is originally from french n swiss. Its made from whipped egg whites and suger until is foamy and airy then baked.
