Dad is one who likes to try different and special things, so when I'm not there to stop him we'll sometimes end up with dishes like this one - Tofu with Salted & Century Egg (RM10)! The tofu was lightly fried on the outside and a small portion of shallots is sprinkled on top. Wendy says that the century eggs and salted eggs do add an interesting dimension but I personally would have preferred it plain. I suppose if you're a fan of century eggs then this is worth a go. =)
