Vivo is a restaurant chain which sells American style pizza using the traditional baking method which was started by the Horrigan family. Besides selling pizza, they also sell a variety of desserts such as Volcanic Chocolate with Ice-cream, Mango Mousse, Tiramisu and the following Double Decker Chocolate Mousse. I got it from the Tropicana outlet at RM 6.20.

Double Decker Chocolate Mousse

I actually quite enjoyed this cake because it was not overly sweet but lacked of chocolate taste. This cake consisted of 2 very thin layer moist chocolate sponge cake and two layer of chocolate mousse. The top of the cake is topped with a layer of chocolate coating. Remember to eat all the layers together to enjoy the best of the cake.
