At Nippon Yataimura Japanese Restaurant, I am amazed with lots of authentic Japanese cuisine, with very original elements in it, including the cooking methods, presentation styles as well as the taste and flavours. Boyfriend and I had a platter of fresh sashimi with prawns and sushi. The salmon slices are cut into thick slices, revealing its sweet juiciness. It may not be the freshest I have tried, but I am satisfied with the generous portion. The prawn is very fresh, and a dip into wasabi is perfect to enhance it with sharp pungent finish.
