Not quite big compare to the other Garden, but this certainly can attract many customer in as it is just in front of the escalator.Steamed OysterOyster must be fresh, and yes, Garden had serve a fresh steamed oyster to their customer. The sauce and puree itself had made the oyster much better, the sourness had clear all the smell that oyster original have making it easier to swallow. To me it is a very delicious oyster dish.
