This is the mango cake from New Shanghai, but I prefer calling it a pudding instead. The texture is semi solid and has when you cut into it you can feel the resistance of the pudding holding back the fork. The taste of mango is rich and not too overwhelming, too bad they don't serve it with condensed milk which was rather surprising to us as most mango desserts are served with it.
