Japanese food is famous for being very healthy. Not only they are healthy. Most of the Japanese food are very tasty too. Like this sukiyaki alike food. When the food is served in front of you, none of the food are cooked. The waiter will lit up and you need to wait till the soup boil up then only you can cook it. The soup first taste sweet, but towards the end then it taste more salty and salty till you don't feel like want to drink. The bean curd, mushroom all are very fresh. I quite enjoy this
